The procedure and cost of making ALL CATEGORIES OF AFFIDAVIT AT ONDO STATE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE, Alagbaka Akure has been reviewed.


* All types of Affidavits now cost N300 only.

* There is no requirement for deponents to attach passport photograph or RED SEAL. 

*No hidden cost of Red seal, sealing of the Affidavit is free. 

*Deponents should simply comply with provision of Evidence Act on content of Affidavit/oath.
